Big Law experience
In-house experience at a young, dynamic and fast growing company is a must - small companies allow for more involvement, you’re not a specialist at but have a broader view of the business
In-house experience
Experience in most of Corporate, Commercial, Financing, VC, M&A, IP, Employment, Privacy, Regulatory and Tax law
Practice areas
We need to understand our client’s business and we’d expect expertise in any of the following industries: AI & Machine Learning, Biotech Blockchain & Web3, Fintech, HealthTech, EdTech, E-commerce and marketplaces, Mobility & Transportation, PropTech, Robotics, SaaS etc.
